Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, including in case of no-show, late arrival or refused entry under our house rules. If an event is cancelled by JUNO, the ticket price is refunded through the original payment method.

If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
